water cooled lights vs aircooled and light rails???

i cant make my mind up im using a 12/12ft room for veg i plan i using 4-6 8inch aircool radiants. i was wondering what would be easier to setup and maintain price dosent matter safety biggest concern. should i use one 1000watt light on a rail for veg for the 12/12ft room or use 4-6 1000watt lights with a chiller and ice box between liights or run ducting through every 2 or 3 lights straight intake outake from outside with a big window ac, should i save the lights for the budding room what should i do please help i already have most of the equipment and currenty in the process of putting together garden just cant make up my mind to use water cool or not..
