Washington state growers???

Hey is anyone from western Washington state and if so has anyone started growing outside? I am just wondering because I started a few plants in my greenhouse and they are not growing as fast as they did last year and I don't know if its because I planted early this year or the weather is just not as sunny . Anyone having these issues? Im just curious, they are healthy plants just not growing as fast that's all. Any comments would be appreciated
