Warning to california growers!!!!!1!

Well i had 12 strains in my garden 3 of which were my favorite, grape ape, purple kush, and b.b afghani... one morning i went out to look at them and they were infested with catipillars, they totally ate the fuck out of them.. i now bought some catipillar killer spray and killed off the rest of the ones on my other strains... So if you live in southern california or anywhere inspect your plants well and buy some catipillar killer because you cant really see these little shits untill its to late, its only 12 bucks a bottle at your local hydro store, its completely organic and safe the way it works is the catipillars eat it and then its constipates them to the point of death... good luck and rest in peace grape ape purple kush and b.b afghani..

With all the bud-rot and catepillar talk lately ive been getting really nervous.

For some reason, the top of two my colas looks like it was chewed off by a bird or something.

Not a lot of catepillars near my plant as its on cement in a pot but I have been getting grass hoppers.

Anyone know why the top of my cola looks like it got chewed off?

ive got some plants outside and i give em a once over every day...so far so good,ive only found 4 yet.by last year at this time my garden was crallin with em...god i hated that.pick worms all day,guard all night...im so sorry for the bad luck man. i hope it gets better.thanks for the "heads up"...

The catapillar killer is the best. I would also suggest spraying the other vegetative areas of your yard as these bastards love almost anything thats green. I have night blooming jasmine and they almost completely devoured them and they are a 5 foot hedge. They also infest my orchids and eat the roots and flowers. Its the sweet smell of the flowering cola that they are attracted to. Another way to help ride them is to use moth catchers which are pheremones (sp) that attract the males and trap them so they cant mate. For outdoors there is also those bug zappers. Depending what type of catapillars they are you can also use predatory wasps; however, they are hard to keep in one area.

if you poor fish emulsion all over the ground, then the wasps will stick around..
