You guys were so nice about this I thought I'd post an updated image of him. Just be grateful there is no smell-o-vision, yet. He is eye-watering stinky. He's eating like a horse. He actually BROKE his food dish perch! I keep the largest species of flighted parrot on this planet and I'll be damned the Raven broke one of THEIR PERCHES!! Of course they don't usually eat beef by the cow jeez.
The pin comes out the first week of April. I don't want to risk losing him with a pin in so I can't begin to exercise him outdoors until the pin is removed. My quarantine area isn't large enough to fly in. But the instant the pin is removed he'll be taken out to exercise daily until we get a successful flight the length of the side yard then it's bye bye. Anyway it's been an interesting time with him. Apparently his wife has babies (I see the nest close to where he was shot), so I've left the window open and she visits him and he feeds her. So I'm feeding an entire nest which sort of explains the magnitude of consumption.
