Very Sick Plant with white stuff all over it, Help!

Help!
so I over watered my plant and now it turned all white a week ago so I cut back the watering and I think its starting to green up again, but now I think its got bugs should i defoliate now to stop them or is it too late, and which leaves should i remove and do i need scissors or can i pull them all off, or will it get infected again.

so confused, I think i have really stuffed this up again, can i spray to stop the white stuff spreading or is it too late now?

.

Sounds like powdery mildew, can you take some pics of infected leaves please.

Don't defoliate now, you're too far along.

.

will bleach kill it if i dilute it a lot and should i spray it on , or is it best to water it on so the roots can up take it up to kill those bugs of powdery mildew.

I have never heard of using bleach in the garden. I would advise against it. The white stuff looks loke crystals but I cant see the photo very well for some reason.

Bleach is a no-no.
I just got rid of PM (I hope).
I picked off a shitload of infected leaves & misted with H2O2 every two days for about a week, increased clearance between plants and increased air-flow.
Seems to have done the trick.

I can’t see it well enough. Do you think you have two issues Powdery Mildew ( PM ) and spider mites that may have a webbed over tops? Do you have a thermometer and humidity gauge, what’s numbers with lights on and do you know what temp/Humidity when light are off.

I dont have any spiders in my house, well maybe one or 2 but haven't seen any on my plants

would fly spray help?
no no never in flower.
It's ok yo use non-toxic insecticidal soap during veg
Sticky traps help
Take off only infected leaves, leave the rest.
Yes put a fan on & yes 24/7
Spiders and Spider Mites are two completely different insects.
Spider mites are nasty little fucks that are almost impossible to get rid of.
