Ventilation Setup

Figuring out the best setup for my ventilation in the new room.

I attached a picture of the details of my room with:

-Location of intake

-2 600W HPS w/ Air Cooled Hood (need ventilation)

-1 Pioneer VII T5 (needs ventilation)

-1 Pioneer VII Jr T5 (needs ventilation)

-(2) 4x4ft Flower Boxes

-(1) 6x3ft Veg Box

-(1) 10x1ft Drying Area

All of these "boxes" must have an intake and exhaust, as well as all lights provided the adequate ventilation. (Ducting for HPS for sure, T5's I suppose could be cooled enough with room flow).

I have plans for what I might do but not as detailed as they would need to be.

I planned to have one system from the intake where it would run the length of my room and have branches to intake into each box using a fan and some inline boosters. Same goes for exhaust but that would end with an inline filter and fan . And then an additional system to just run through the 2 HPS's that ties into the exhaust of the other after having its own fan.

For my situation the only things that are of concern are:

-Winters get kind of cold around here and would like a way to control temps with variable speed capabilities, and/or the ability to "shut off" one system (such as the system solely for the HPS's) to allow that heat to bring the temps up from the cold winter air. Either by turning that system completely off or by moving its exhaust to exhaust into my 8ftx15.5ft room to bring up my ambient temperature.

-Trying to keep down on noise but at the same time dont wanna overdo things with oversize ducting. What size would you recommend for the different sections?

-Exhaust will be going out of this room and brought outside in a different part of the house.

As you can see I have some plans of my own, but a lot of questions. If this was your ventilation situation to figure out, how would you fill these needs and provide the best ventilation for these plants?

Thanks in advance for help, you guys are the best!
