Ventilation question- links

First would i be able to properly vent a 5ft tall, 3ft wide, 2ft deep cabinet with this booster fan work for an exhaust

And Would this work for the Intake

Also im gonna be setting up a 400w hps with a cool tube.

If i buy 2 of each of those fans and use one for the intake on the cool tube and one for the exhaust on the cool tube and then one for the intake in the main growing area and then one for the exhaust in the main growing area will this work.

Also do i need a 6 inch fan, or would a 4 inch do for this size unit.

Also, could i just buy 4 of those booster fans instead of buying to two inline fans, those inline fans are more pricey

Just really need this answered so i can get this thing in order..

only need passive intake.. get a good exhaust.

But could i just use those booster fans?

you could but i would get a 6 inch inline fan, i like to overdo the exhaust, if your gonna cooltube the light use the booster fan on that.
