Vent heat out window

So I need some good ideas on how to properly vent my A/C and light heat out the room. I need a method that is secure and silent. Exiting out the window seems to be a good option but I’ve never seen a good window setup. I’m currently exiting to the attic and it is making my grow spot hot AF because there are holes in the ceiling in other rooms. Pictures for ideas please!

The portable ac vent kits would work, I have a two hose portable and it has a piece that can sit in the window and have both hoses attached, all you would need is that part of the ac. Might have to Google where to order one from.

What's the highest temp?
84 isn't a problem with LED which it looks like you are using, hard to tell, pics are tiny.
Get rid of any duct bends that can be avoided, again its hard to tell, pics are like 3cm and non zoomable.

Open the window , hang a roller blind (if you don't want people to see what your doing) then board over the window and cut two holes the correct size for your ac and exhaust duct.
Light proofs the room and stops your hot air coming back in and saves you looking obvious
