well really depends on how many plants you are trying to grow.

1 plant or 2 i think you can vegg on that set up. but you are really goign to want more light.

just one plant

veg 24/0 for 2 weeks then 18/6 for 2 then back to 24/0 for 2 then back to 18/6 for to plant grow like crazy
