You can put lights on 12/12 to flower whenever you want!

i'd wait till it matures and shows preflowers instead of forcing it to mature early and wasting that time that you could be still vegging. imo, it wont be any quicker to force flowering at like 3 weeks and wait 2 weeks for it to mature and show sex than if you wait till week 4-5 approx when it shows sex and flipping it then, the plant will be already sexually mature and ready to get down to flowering right away. they are about the same time frame, you just get a smaller plant if you force flowering imo.....
