Veg Room Help

I have a veg tent,its 2ft long,18in wide & 26in heigh.My question is do you think 2x 14watt LED's and 5x 42 watt 6500k CFL's is enough to house a mother plant maybe 2 and 3 clones??????

Any opinions and comments are welcomed

And the clones or for future references of cloning,not always goin to keep 3 clones maybe 2 the most
