Veg 4 week, hydroponic plants transplanting to coco coir mix?

I have got root rot on some of plants, or maybe on all of them.
Do I have any chance to get some good buds if I start flowering now?

Can I possibly safe plants if I move them into non-hydroponic system, into a coco coir for example?
