VA HB 1443 - Decriminalize

HB 1443 in VA will decriminalize simple posession and is being proposed by a fiscally conservative Republic with established tenure as a VA Delegate.

VA is a huge tobacco state and a previous bill did not pass committee. Does anyone think this has a chance to pass this time around?

All the huge tobacco companies have contingency plans to become major industrial Cannabis growers if it is legalized.
