Looking for an option that is not over $500. I just want a fan that hangs in the center and keeps the circulation going in the room. I have a hurricane oscillating that works well but for my 9x9 space I definitely need more air movement. Please advise.

Two 16 inch oscillation fans like hurricanes should be plenty for that space for hundreds of dollars less

What @Herb & Suds said is the easiest way to go about it.
If you're fixated on a central fan that moves air vertically instead of horizontally, just mount a floor fan above your lights blowing toward the ceiling in place of V-FLO (make sure the fan does not rest too close to the ceiling).
