Uv Paranoia!

i keep reading everywhere about how bad MH lights are for you and how if there is a tiny crack in one that super potent UV rays will leak out and fuck your shit up. i see like a few what appear to be tiny scratches. (they were on there when i bought it fron the hydro store) except they apear to be on the inside because i can't feel any indentions or grooves in the bulb...should i get a new one?

continualy looking at these bright lights will fuck ya eyes up eventualy ,friends of mine who grow on a big scale with multiple 1000watters allways wear a pair of shades when working around the plants ,it makes sense too ,whenever i look at my plants then walk away i cant see shit for a few seconds so i might start wearing a pair meself ,id h8 to fuck my eyes up in anyway lol

cracks in MH bulbs will release lots of UV rays like i was saying giving you weeks maybe months worth of UV exposer in a day, causing sever skinrash sunburn stuff, possibley skin cancer, and temp. blindness or blotchy vision
