Using light as heater to sprout seed, is there too much light reflected off mylar?

Starting from soaked seeds, and the rapid rooter hole is covered up lightly. If light B is blocking direct line-of-sight of light A (to the plant to avoid too much light), is there still too much light from the sides of the grow tent, or should I turn on light B halfway?

I don't get it at all, but you can germinate under lights, I'm doing it under t5s right now. What I do is stick a temp probe inside of a rapid rooter next to my other rooters so I know the exact temps the seeds are at, I keep them at 78-80, leave lights on 24 hrs per day until they have their first leaves, then go down to 18/6.

The 100W light is the main heater so it's kept on. But someone said it's too strong, so I block it from the plants with a rectangular 18W light that can be turned on if necessary. Now trying to figure out if there's too much or enough light on the RR. Is the phone PAR thing worth trying out?

In short you have nothing to worry about.
