Using heat to kill Hemp Russet Mites.

First post...usually I can find the answer I'm looking for but today I'm not finding the info I want. So here's the deal. Used Mighty Wash to eliminate a small outbreak of 2-spotted spider mites about 5 weeks ago. Haven't seen them since. 99% certain what's come back is Russet mites. On the third Mighty Wash right now over the course of 10 days with supplemental showers in R/O water and Rosemary oil...and I'm certain they're not totally gone. In week 4 of flower right now. I want to claw my eyeballs out with a rusty spoon...

Here's the questions I have...I know you can use either heat (raising the temp to between 110 and 120 f for between 30-60mins) or CO2 (Raising the PPM of the CO2 to about 10,000 for an hour) to nuke the room without too much damage to the plants. Which is more effective and which is less harmful to the plants and are these even viable options at this point? Also, any other suggestions for this specific pest would be greatly appreciated. I've read every other thread out there and chopping them down now is not an option...

Hey man, I've been perplexed for a while now at what was fucking up my garden. At first I thought it was TMV. Just moved to this area and had never heard of them before I got here. Surprise! What evil fuckers. I'm 99% sure what I have are broad mites, which are different but I was researching both and came across a good video that might help you. Looks like this guy got rid of them but it was a pain. The co2 didn't do it. After a ton of research it looks like AVID or a product with active ingredient Abamectin is the most effective against russet mites and broad mites. Unfortunately this stuff is toxic. If you haven't identified 100% already use a 100x scope or so. I could see mine with a 40x but not that well. Hope that helps.

Update from the future....in veg you can drench the plant in insecticidal soap in hot fuckin ass water as your boiler can handle and dunk the plants . As long as the root system is wet it can handle the healing . If the root system is dry then spray until watering the. Use that hot water drench ...plants in a bin , shake em around and wait about 45 mins or so to put them back under veg lights ...best obviously is as lights go out but during heavy infested areas you have to do two a days for these mites to disappear
