Using bloom and veg?

Ok so I been trying to figure out what is wrong with my two girls an I think I may of figured it out. I think it started from lack of nitrogen but my question is I jus fed with h2o yesterday but I wanted to try the veg n see if it brings my girls back is it a bad thing to be givin them back to back watering or should I wait a few days I jus want them to come back from there weeping willow state.

let the soil dry up a wee bit...roots need to breathe...cant breathe if your drowning...thats my opinion...

For sure lol I understand that but I red that watering your plants force new oxygen in? But that's what I have seen. But ill let them dry out a bit shoul be good enough tomorrow. But what do you think of using veg an bloom switching off between the 2 during flower?

they can go a day with out oxygen, let them dry like prior post said.. if you think they need N then I don't see the harm, however if you following feeding schedule per package I would say lockout is more likely than being deprived
