Using 1 light control box for veg/bloom?

I have space (and amps) left on one of my 240v light boards that goes to my bloom (12on/12off). I'm trying to add 2 more veg lights (24on) without running a whole new line and controller.

I thought this might be as easy as using additional timers connected to my bloom board but it seems you can't use 240v timers for digital ballasts.

Any suggestions?

Tldr: electric and control boards have already been installed but I now want to add 2 more lights to veg and only have room on my bloom controller

Light controller is a 240 8 light titan with built in timer. I know I could buy a new board with dual triggers, but everything is set up and paid for.... And there's a pandemic

Yah, use leds :D
Yeah, I'm trying to stick with what I have. It's probably more simple than I'm thinking, but thanks for the input, very helpful

I also have another 8 light board I'm not even using.
I'm guessing these will be the types of replies to expect? I've posted on a few forums, and can't seem to find an answer to what seems very simple.
Appreciate the dig

Appreciate the response. I have a titan 8 light control board with built in timer that is being used for my bloom room. I was directed to this sub since people have a better understanding of electricity.
I'm using only 2 of the outlets and have 6 usable ones open. I'm just trying to figure a way to have my veg lights hooked up to it at the same time as my bloom lights.

The timer can be set for multiple timers on separate outlets cause that's the only way that shits happening .

Do you have advice on how? I thought I could just keep the timer on full time and use 2 individual timers for the bloom, but they don't make 240 timers for digital ballasts

Sure they do man. just use 2 of these and you're done. Titan 8 controller is for a room with 8 or less lights on the same schedule.

It seems these are out of stock, i saw that titan makes these type of timers but i contacted them, because the packaging says "not for use with digital ballasts". They said, no you can't use them. I'm guessing this is due to the initial start up from the ballast, mine are soft start though.

As far as the titan 8 controller. It's already set up. So just plugging these into my titan control board would be fine? the boards built in timer would be running the veg lights, and the timers you linked would be running my flower. So i would have 4 total on the board. Thanks man

My veg shuts off four a couple hours while my flower lights are off anyways. So the main box timer wouldn't affect the flower timing. Both veg and bloom will be running for the duration of flower.

2 clarify, i have 2 of the titan control boards already set up, one is near enough to my veg room, and is only being used for 2 bloom lights, with 6 outlets left open.

This seems like it would be fine if the timer works, and would keep me from running another 8 light board. (i have 3 titan 8 light boards). I know, One 10 light board, and one 2 light board for veg would be ideal. But i need to work with what i got currently

What model drivers are wanting to flip/switch? What boards? Are you suggesting to switch output? Or AC into the drivers? Its a bit vague.
All im asking, is i have to 240v 8 light, control boards. These are the boards you use to plug your lights into for power. I'm using hps DEs. I posted in LED because that's what i was recommended after posting in general. More electrical experts here

Posts are now up to 12 on this thread, and still we are unclear on model of controller.

Is it the Helios 8 with DUAL timer input? So the contactor/relay inside there is designed to be energised by 120V. Two timers, 4 lights each timer can be switched. Timers run on 120V. Ballasts and controller run on 240V.

You need to start reading up on electrical basics. Before adding or changing anything you need to assure yourself that supply circuits (wire and breakers) suit actual load you will be putting on them. Whether your 240V circuit is rated to carry however many ballasts without melting cable or flipping breakers, is down to your own due diligence.

Manufacturer literature seems quite straightforward and basic. Plug in a 120V timer, on a 120V circuit, to energise unused bank of 4 to light up to 4 ballasts for your veg room. This product is energised by 120V, but switches 240V supply. Use 120V timers.

If it is not the Helios 8 with dual timer input, can you please search internet and post up the manufacturers pdf documents for it.
