Urgent! Plant suddenly falling over/Dying

So my plant was droopy lately and i figured it was over watering, i lessened the water for the day and it perked up again. but the next day i checked it at 1pm after giving it 12h darkness coz i want to start flowering stage early, and it was fine.

now at 9pm i check the plant and its falling over. what am i doing wrong? its over a month old and smallish, i think my light intensity might be too low so im planning on making a grow box with reflective material to increase light intensity, the second plant is younger, it was dying in the early stages but looks to be healthy now. ill attach pictures

The one on the right seems to have perked up. I'd wait on the flip and work your veg technique a bit more. That's how we learn. This is a pretty big curve so patience is certainly helpful. Good luck

Thanks guys, I watered it and within an hour it perked back up. Yeah that's true I guess I'm gonna have to learn by failing, it's my first plant so I'm still getting all the materials and stuff together and getting the hang of it. Busy making a grow box/bucket

Problem is it's a bit hard to get perlite where I am. I've been meaning to put it in a larger pot looks like I'll have to do it sooner than I thought. Currently the plant is upright but the leaves are still a little droopy. Thanks for the advice Papa Cana, im gonna check around for that pot, but definitly gonna get a bigger oneimage1.JPG

At this point with the STRESS and small pot, it may be Stunted.

I have a feeling It might be stunted too. I'm gonna put it in a bigger pot and increase light intensity, and also start the flowering stage and see how it goes from there. Other than that I guess I'll have to learn from my mistakes this time and try again some time this year with better conditions and knowledge haha, Thanks everyone for the feed back!

It doesnt look sexually mature yet (staggerd nodes) be a waste of veg time to back off the light hrs.

ignore the kids fighting on the playground, get a bigger pot, and as much light as you can get. that plant is way too big for that pot, its drinking all the water you put in it in a day then starting to dehydrate.
if you have a hard time finding perlite, try finding coarse sand, i don't like it as much, but it helps improve drainage and aeration, even pea gravel would be better than nothing

The guy's (OP) in soil J dog. My comment was soil related.

To up pot to a 5 gallon pot from where his plant is. Is good for your DWC. Not so good for the soil grower. He would be more effective to up pot from solo's to 1's, to 3's, to 5's, etc, etc...

The idea being that as he up pots to new soil in a bigger pot. He would not have to use any veg nutrient if he was using a proper 30 day base soil like FFOF, Potter's Gold, black Gold, Dr. Earth's Potting soil, etc, etc.

When the plant is just about at the height that he knows will fit in his area - after the stretch. He would do the last up-potting and let it run veg for 8-10 more days and then move to the bloom area. Feeding starts then, with proper balanced nutrition ..

Little thin skinned sport? I did nothing that should have gotten that reply.

I'm still being nice. Grow up and stop being a cry baby!

Like the doc says .....throwing a plant that size into a 5 gal would be counter productive...roots would be working VERY hard to fill that pot size(instead of upward growth)......u would be using more nuitrients instead of just potting up in stages at a rate were the roots can keep up with.....,,.your plant is extremely close to being ROOTBOUND my freind,if I were u I'd get it into something a bit bigger ......improvise....if you can't get a pot knock a couple of holes in the bottom of a bucket and use this as a pot......perlite is underestimated personality I think every soil grow should have a bag of cheep perlite (£5-£10) hanging around in the room even if its just used to airaite your reusable soil.......do yourself a solid and grab a bag....

Thank you! I've had my doubts about course sand or tiny stones coz I have no time to get pearlite and it is difficult to find here. I'm gonna change pots soon for sure coz I've noticed it's drinking a lot but I also don't want to over water it. So kind of in a dilemma.

Also guys I've constructed a grow box with the stuff I have at home. But what should I do to ensure my plant doesn't grow too big so it can stay in that grow box, at least I have 2 plants to fiddle with in the box. Trial and error lol. Thanks for the all the replies

I will upload the rest tonight, using my phone to do his at the moment
