Unknown Seeds, can u help me guys?

hey folks. I've got a problem. I'm a newbie grower.

In my country, there is almost none of home growers. It grew always in fields and we smoke shit.

That shit comes even with the seeds with him cause no one bother to kill the male, etc.

As u can see, there is no to little THC on them, so we can't get high, never.

I planted the seeds, those came with the merchandise. Now I got several plants, in vegetative stage, but I have no idea what strain that are. even sativa or indica (can be ruderalis!? with no THC??)

So there is some photos, I hope u can help me with that..

note: plants are approx. 3-4 inches tall now.

Looks like a hybrid to me.

more like a sativa but it looks like it has a bit of indica in it
probably hybrid something like 20/80 indica/sativa . Yet it is way too early to judge

my plants are almost 1 month old. I'm adding new pics. I hope we can estimate what they are

I read somewhere that I should go flowering lightning (12/12), when plants reach 30 cm (10feet) high. Is that right? thx.
