Growing Nirvana's white widow.. Having constant brown spots and yellowing..

I fixed the problem temporarily with CaliMagic But it seems to have returned

I'm going to be inducing flowering within they hour

T5 6400k...

Coco/perlite

Floranova series

Ph is always 6.0

This isn't my first grow... I run in to problems like these often but never this consistent
