Underwatered?

I have these two plants about 2 months in. They are both in natures living soil. I wemtt away for two weeks and a friend watched them. I came back last night and they look like this:



Any ideas whats going on and if I should do anything to correct?

Looks like overwatering to me. Otherwise looks good.

Thanks! I found out she watered them a lot......ill let them dry out

Yes they look sorta root rotty... id let them dry out nice and good before you water for the next few weeks
