Underfeeding?

Hey all! Is this an underfed flowering plant. Unfortunately due to rain I haven’t fed her a lot recently.

Any tips to feeding when I get most/if not all the water I need from rain?

Well you can top dress and wait for the rain or use tap water and feed now with a liquid or water soluble nutrient. What have you fed in the past? Soil in pots outside exposed to rain constantly can get leeched out.

Get a barrel and start saving rain water for future use.
