was reading about letting your plant start to wilt at final flush from lack of water then water it again with none nute water.. which they said that when you do that it takes all its sugars and remaining waterint he plant and pushes them to the flowers.. anyone heard of that?

and if your plant is starting to wilt wouldn't that kill the buds?

I am pretty sure that you want to not water it for about a week before you harvest, both to start the buds drying, and to force the plants to produce resin to try and stop water loss.

the week before harvest is to get your nutes out of the plant and get a good smoke, not harsh and chemically. Also, having no water makes the plant think its dying, so ya it may go to last ditch efforts to try and survive, that is why some people go with 48 hours darkness right before harvest.
