Un-Deliverable Mail

I'm MMPR but have getting my meds from a dispensary via express post. I didn't receive my package on the estimated time so inquired with CP. I was informed by Canada post that my package was lost and they would do an investigation. I need meds so I ordered more while CP looks for my package. I was informed yesterday both my packages have been seized and deemed un-deliverable by CP. I'm waiting to hear from the undeliverable dept concerning this today. Both packages combined were well within my monthly limits. It seems my address is flagged. Is there any way to get them back with the R vs Smith argument? Are they gone to me? Are they infringing on my section 7 charter rights? Should I get a lawyer? I'm stressed and would love some feedback. Thanks in advance. :)

back a few years ago CP seized my meds and told me they did not care if it was legal or not they were going to destroy it I got more than just a little upset and told them no wonder people go postal and said they were calling the RCMP as that was a threat I said do what you have to do and with in 1/2 an hour RCMP were at my door we had a long chat and the cop told me the post master general had more power than the RCMP but would see what he could do 3 days later my meds showed up 12 grams short but repackaged in CP paper and tape. Have had many shipments since with no problems.

Many people are advising to right it off as a loss. 1 oz of extracts is quite a loss for me both for my health and wallet. My lawyer advises that until something happens there is no specific way to proceed. I love getting the feedback though guys, keep it coming and thanks. :)

Any confiscation is a loss financially...you're not supposed to use the queens mail for illegal trade...I'm wondering how the government got around that with the MMPR you know being a crown corp and all...fuck I can't stand this government....

call the RCMP and the dispensary...you can try the CP ombudsman or your local MP. i think the MP can/will help out as they have the "secret" numbers to call and usually when their office calls, they pay attention. they have quick access. HC doesn't give much info about shipping on their website except "Your dried marijuana will be sent to you directly by the licensed producer."

Health Canada says to use Canada Post and Canada Post says no way so you scratch your head.

Have you called and told the dispensary? Perhaps it wont help you get your meds back but it could save more people from being burned going forward.
Yes sir. Other people in my area code or close to it are getting there meds still from the same source. No problems.

Canada Post is a scum organization.
These dispensaries should ship via other couriers. Give the business to someone who appreciates it.
Stolen by CP or some weasel employee...doesn't surprise me.
It also wouldn't surprise me if rona mcswallow the bona is making plenty of trouble behind the scenes.

Call the RCMP if you are legal You WILL GET IT BACK end of story.

You are not the first or the last so quit complaining and get this fixed up ASAP.

Bad news guys.. anyone doing mail order that isn't an LP is supposed to be getting shut down.
I spoke with a London officer, Windsor officer and a Hamilton officer - the RCMP told every police force in Canada to shut down any one that is doing mail order. CC that don't do mail order can remain open for now, but mail order competes with LPs so they are shutting it down.

I heard about it the day after this happened:
http://www.edmontonjournal.com/Legal marijuana users left scrambling after local supplier raided police/11241180/story.html

They aren't doing it all at once, but I know 2 CCs who were already approached and specifically asked if they do mail order. Obviously both of them said no.

Seems like this was the compromise to Tilray's complaints about the BC shops putting them out of business. Local shops that a vital service they can't afford to shut down, but anyone ordering through the mail should be able to use an LP.
