Uh ohh! bud mold on top nugs - had to chop where mold started - pics!

Ok so here goes:

im growing white rhino and white widows plants - i have around 16 plants in total - i veGGed for 8 weeks and im on week 8 flowering - i went in to check my plants before and on a few of the main cola's i noticed mold growing in the buds! to my shock!
So the only thing i thought to do was cut them down and then let the plants grow on another week or so as there not all ready (can tell by the hairs etc) so what i done was cut maybe 1 ounce or 2 off the tops of the buds and inspected the mold - its deffo mold but ALL the buds are not affected that they cudnt be smoked some what - its only part of the buds that had the mold and maybe i could just give it away? when i cut the tops of these plants of i noticed that the mold had not spread to ALL of the plant - it seemed to just be the tops - which isnt too bad - not like ALL the plants lower branches and side stem branch offs are moldey - im thinkin this is becuase my temps have been 85 degrees and up to 90 from the start - and its to do with humidity!
im just wondering if any 1 has had this problemo? what should i do and what do you think of the buds that i cut down?
im still a newbie and i would really appreciate some help with this question - im growing with 1 600w HPS and i hav OSC fan - it was only that i noticed when one of the top nugs had went a funny brown colour - not all the plants are affected and i think i have got the worst of it and hopefully it all

humidity its 40-75 ranges and the plants r pretty tighly in

The humidity should be around 30-35 for flowering and 45-55 for vegging.

Hang it and dry it and test it as you have nothing to lose and you still have some healthy looking green bits there. If the mouldy gear is garbage just trim it off and the rest looks fine.

with that kind of humidity range each plant needs space.

i bet the RH between your plants is probably higher still. i wouldn't grow as many next time or look for a dehumidifier.

Get a magnifying glass. If the tricones are clear its no good. If there mily its energetic high if ther mixed with amber tricones its a head and bodie high and if its all amber its super stoned high. If the flowers are in any of these catagories then cut away the mold and sell the good bud. Itll be fine just a lil less potent

You need to keep your temp in the mid 70's and use a dehumidifier and keep it under 60%. You can go higher on the temps as long as you keep your humidity below 60%. It will work! Mold thrives where there is not a dehumidifier. Unless you have perfect weather. If you notice mold soon enough by watching everyday closely you can use sulfur burner during veg and light burns during flowering. HF.
