Uggghh I screwed Up

What's up fellow aspiring horticulturist's I have one organic soil grow under my belt and it went pretty good, but now it's round two and I overlooked some simple things that seem to be slowing growth.
Here's the deal I have 5 feminized strains; lemon kush, red diesel, white widow, kushberry, and g13xhaze. I germinated the seeds using the paper towel method which worked fine but here's where I F'ed up instead of putting the germinated seeds into a jiffy pot(what I used for my first grow) I put the seeds directly into my 5gal containers. This has made it harder to control humidity, with my first grow I had the jiffy pots in a closed enviroment(i.e. Tote with plastic wrap over top) this kept my humidity high. Now I'm struggling to keep my humidity high, so I bought a humidifier and that has kept levels in my room around 30%-40% and temps stay between 72-78*.
My girls have sprouted but the growth seems to be quite slow is this because of humidity levels or am I just being impatient?

Oh yeah here's my setup right now;
5-5gal poly bags w/50% foxfarm happy frog and 50%Ocean Forest
200w cfl for starting
filtered water not sure of ph yet...waiting for ph tester
good ventilation

its not the humitity, and i like to start off in the pot i will finish with cuz their is no transplanting, and also a bowl of water in the room will increase humidity to so wil turning off fans in the grow room for awhile, u should check out my journal since no one else does and i dont know why

If you increased your lighting you would get faster rate of growth.

200 watt will work, but it's far from ideal.

it depends on how many plants u have and how tall u want them and everyone knows im sure that the more light the faster the growth unless u have other probs with ur grow

Hey thanks for the input guys! I have five plants I'm gonna try to keep small. I am only using the 200w cfl for vegging, I've been thinking about adding some more cfls for vegging, but once I start flowering I will have 1000w hps or possibly 1400w of hps light. So do you guys think that the 200w cfl is suffice to get them about 8"-12" tall. Like I said I wanna keep the girls small and dense.

Yeah I ve vegged 3 plants on a big 200w 6500k CFL and they grew healthy with tight nodes then I flowered with a 200w 2700k CFL before adding more lights

Do you guys think I should add some cfls? It's been about a full week and there is only 1 set of true leaves and they are less than 2" tall! Is this due to a lack of light, or humidity?
