Two Week Dark Period Prior to Harvest?!

I hear bits and pieces of this recently. Supposedly, it squeezes all the juice and packs on more crystals. I'm skeptical.

Anyone know anything about this, or tried it? I'm almost ready to pull mine. I'm like a week out right now.

I tried it but I dunno enough to know if it made a difference. It may have made it a little stickier.
However I emailed the breeder who sold me the seeds. He said it was a fairytale.

theres been no scientific evidence to support that this work. and its not two weeks its two days. some people beleive since the plant is in 48 hours darkness it feels death is near and pushes out all of its stored energy. its just hearsay no proof to it yet. me personally think it can affect it a little
