Im assuming by the looks of it, there were 2 seeds in 1 shell, unless u put 2 in there and didnt realize it. If they are sharing the taproot, think of it like Siamese twins. I would just tie them in dif directions as u may still have a male and a female.

I had one seed sprout, and then 2 days later there was another. It was less than half the size of a normal sprout.
I don't know if they are joined or not. I planted the seed when there was just a bit of tap root showing.

you've got twins, happens from time to time.. just leave them be, usually, but not always, the smaller one will die off eventually ime..

So I sprouted some of BC Buds Girl Scout Cookies 8 out of 9 were normal but this one has what seems to be two cotyledons anyone ever seen this?
Interesting!
They're like MUMMY and BABY SEEDLING.
The SEEDLINGS
A tale of love and separation in Adams Garden....

Like ANIMAL FARM was based on the communist takeover of Russia
The Seedlings could be about NAZI GERMANY.

'Seedling' has a vaguely Jewish name sound....
Rachel and Rebekah Seedling.
'Adam' is Hitler (Adolf)
They could often dream of being outdoor plants
This could mean either not being members of a racially oppressed group
(and the internal guilt of finding oneself fantasizing about belonging to a different race -
with all the deepest taboo's of the human psyche - The rejection of ones own parents -
Of ones own child)
OR the 'outdoor plants' analogy could mean belonging to a free society.
The absolute perfection of America could be shattered by the unequal treatment of a black soldier
or the British class system....).

Rebekah Seedling had belonged to a family that considered themselves INDICA.
They knew that they had some SATIVA in their ancestry but they didn't look, or act, as though they were anything other than INDICA.
When the Cuttings had been taken away the Seedlings had not complained.
Because they were not Cuttings.
Then the growers came and took away the Ruderalis's.
And the Seedlings said nothing - for they were not Ruderalis's.
Then the growers came for the Full Sativa's.
The Seedlings knew some of the Full Sativa's but they had never really mixed
so they didn't make a fuss, despite feeling saddened.

Then the growers started taking away anyone who was obviously hybrid.
Large enough amounts of non-Indica genetics to be noticeable in the appearance was enough to justify the growers taking them away.
They even took a few PURE INDICAS that were unlucky enough to share traits with NON-INDICAS.
The Seedlings said nothing. They remained silent and put their faith in the knowledge that they were MOSTLY INDICA.
Afterall, half the garden was MOSTLY INDICA, if the growers took away everyone who had a little SATIVA in them....
There would be no one left!

One morning, when the lights came back on and Rachel and Rebekeh Seedling awoke, Solomon (respective Husband and Father) had been taken.
The week later, when the dark phase passed, their plant pot had been graffitied with the word 'SATIVA!'
and, later that same day, rumours spread through the garden of a new policy.
A policy dedicated to the total eradication of the DE-GENE-ERATES.
Plants with unpure genes.
Unpure wasn't actually a word but the growers had started using it
and no one was going to correct their grammar.
Their power was now absolute.
If the Sativas and Cuttings and Ruderalis's had supported each other....
But now there was no one left to give support
The growers 'divide and conquer' system had succeeded
The growers had perfect authority
They had power with no 'unpurities'....

Rachel and Rebekah put all their hope into growing
But they would never make it to the 12/12 flip.
Rachel would never see glorious flowers forming on Rebekah
Rebekah would never the pride of seeing glittering trichomes on Rahel.
They would never have their buds smoked
or their sugar leaves used for hash.
Their weak and immature frames would be two of the millions
that went onto Adams compost heap.
They are only remembered now
due to the underlying mental illness,
which manifests as schizophrenia,
of the author.

God Bless Rebekah and Rachel
Never Separated, Always conjoined.

I'd separate them before they get to big. Keep the little one going for sure and report back on it.

Thanks for the comments I think I will just leave it alone. I have 8 other BC Bud GSC that all sprouted and are looking good. Also sprouted a few other strains I picked up at the LA (San Bernadino) Hightimes Cannabis Cup this year. Here are some pics so far 40 out of 49 have sprouted.

I bet they each have their own tap root, not arguing just saying. If you don't separate, the little one or both will die but if you separate em you'll have 2 for the price of one.

Yep. Mine weren't connected either. The smaller of the 2 was freaking to this day the best smoke I've grown to date. I'm curious if that all the runts are fire. Nobody ever seperates em and grows um out though. Guess I'll never know. After you grow yours out report back man and the runt. Got a big feeling it's going to be bomb.
I really don't know what to do with the small one. I got another seedling the same size as the bigger plant, and two plants fill my tent up pretty good. I only have a 2x3x5 tent and a 250w hps.
I promised a friend I would find him some clones, and I haven't tried cloning yet so maybe I will make it simple, and give him this little plant. lol We'll see in 2-3 weeks

Well you could give it to your friend or keep it around long enough to toss it outside here in a few weeks?

I can't put plants out here until the first week of June I think. I'll still get to smoke some if I give it to him. lol

EDIT: I was thinking that I will keep it. I'll make room
