well if your able to,get the 2 400's.You can always use it for a extra veg room later on if you dont need it.That space did look kinda small for 2 of them but it can be done.

A very general rule of thumb is that your garden needs 30-50 watts of HID lighting per square foot of area (WPSF). So 600 watts is enough (if you're using a High Intensity Discharge bulb) but more watts isn't going to hurt unless heating and or money is a concern.

well you're gonna have to drill some holes or find another way to keep it cool with fresh air. well you said you can work with the whole room, so you might just consider buying a grow tent. they're clean, easy to set up ventilation, easier to keep cool, and the light doesn't leak. try htgsupply.com or you might want to look at https://www.rollitup.org/grow-room-design-setup/. I'm sure many people have grows in the same dimensions as you so just look around.

well just the tent but you wanna open the window or something to allow fresh air in. remember, some tents are light leak proofed, which means that they don't leak any light at all. so you could just put the tent right near the window (of course curtains) and put the intake fan near the window, and just leave room door open and a fan or something pointing out. make sure you have great ventilation of the room before this works, meaning the air is coming in from the window and leaving the room. instead of air coming from the room and out the window.
