Twisted leaves, stunted growth

Hello. My first time posting. But have pulled a lot of useful info from here. This is my second grow and I’ve been having issues from the go.

I have 6x ninja fruit cuttings that I acquired three months ago and I really should be close to harvest now and they are not even close to flip. I overwatered from the start and had low humidity 20-30 and most likely gave my roots issues, so I decided to wait it out and try to outgrow the issues. They have only recently started to get their true leaf colour and starting to grow a bit faster. But as you can see in the pics attached, three months of veg and they’re tiny, also they have a lot of twisted distorted leaves.

I also have 6x stardog cuttings I recently acquired and they are also having issues. Leaves turning dark purple and stunted growth. These are 5 weeks old and look no bigger than when I got them.

600w hps light
5” fan and filter.
1x 12” osc fan pointing above canopy towards the light
Temp 20-24 Celsius
Humidity 50-70
Medium - coco
Nutes - bio bizz grow (2ml per litre)
Water - every other day
PH - 6-6.5

Any help is much appreciated.

cheers.

Where to begin...

Let's start with pH....yours is off. You should be shooting for 5.8. That's your first issue.
Feed: What are you doing in terms of providing Mg?
Pot Size: In my opinion you have too large of pots for the plants which makes feed management more difficult...but it's not your underlying issue.
How often do you feed?
How often do you let them dry out?
How often do you use plain water?

thanks for your reply!

I will lower the PH level and start there, I am only feeding biobizz grow atm! I was then going to start using biobizz bloom alongside this when I flip. This is what I’ve used previously with no issues like this.

I have only just put the 6 bigger plants in to the final pots as I wanted to inspect the roots to eliminate root rot. Then it was easier to repot and add some fresh coco.

I know I definitely over watered these when they were fresh cuttings which probably kick started this whole dilemma. I have flushed these previously to eliminate overnute but no change.

Now I just water and feed when the top of the coco looks dry and is light to lift but not bone dry. This is either once a day or every other day.

I always use plain water but I let it sit in buckets for over 24 hours before I use it.

I’ve read online possibly a calcium deficiency?

Moving forward if it were me...no more flushing, unless it has nutrient in it. No more water, unless it has nutrient in it. If your biobizz base does not contain Mg, find a way to supplement it (Epsom Salt). The letting your plants dry out / light to the touch is not helping you. Keep your medium moist always...including the top...when it dries out, it causes salt concentration which causes burn. And don't forget your pH. Good luck.
