Last time I made butter I melted 2 pounds of butter in a pot melted it with the heat on pretty low threw in my shake and let it simmer (again on low heat) for about half hour or so. Then pour it through a very fine strainer, put it back through the strainer about 3 times throw it in your fridge and wait for it to set back into a solid green butter.. Great on apple cinnamon bagels
