Trying to help but honestly I'm stumped.

A buddy of mine is on about his 4th or 5th grow. Ebb and flow Hydro with rockwool and dyna-gro products. pretty much set up the same way as I grow. The first few grows went perfectly for him (with a tiny bit of my guidance) so I pretty much cut back and let him figure it out on this grow. Well things are going sideways fast and I can't seem to figure it out. He put in a RO system for this grow but thats about the only change. He started the grow at 1/3 strength on the nutes and everything was looking good thru veg up until about 2 weeks into flower. Everything has started yellowing fast. So I went over to take a look. PH is good, EC was around .7, VPD was not perfect but certainly good enough. I figured it was obviously not getting enough nutes. So we mixed up a stronger batch about 1/2+ dose (1.2 ec) and flushed everything and started fresh with a stronger mix. 5 days later and no change (he thinks they're getting worse). I think about the same from the pics he sent. Any ideas?

ps. He is now creeping up on 4 weeks in flower. No trichomes visible on buds yet.

I thought he said the yellowing started low and moved up but I'll verify that asap

Nutes: Dyna-grow Pro-tekt, Bloom, Grow, and Mag-pro

first shots from my visit:

They look better after increasing feed (new growth has greened up a bit).. .7 ec is very low, I keep mine around 1.6-1.8 minimum. If you have moved to RO water then then you might need to bump the calcium up a bit.. they look like they could use more magnesium also.
