trying to grow again but in a closet this time, need some advice?

this will be my second time, can i get a good yield if i use cfls till harvest all the way through or should i by some good florescents, and soil should i just stick with the good ol fox farm? i just moved and im running low on weight so im trying to get this done by like tomorrow any pointers my fellow greenthumbs?

how many plants/strain ? buy a hid, or if not you could get some duel spectrum 200w cfl's like this and read up on lst. idk I thought I'd say something since nobody else did

May i suggest HO-t5's if you have the room as well. I use them for vegging and they work great. Not sure about flowering as i use them for side lighting only. Just get a couple of 2700's for flowering, i use 2 6500's and 2 2700's. I think you get better coverage with them compared to the cfl's, but i'm sure there's people that have more experience than myself that can help.
