How can I make the plants very potent whats good to use for plant's nutrition wise

You may as well ask "how do I grow mj", you need to educate yourself first, then people here will be willing to assist you.

I read most of the bible and watched a few videos I put 2 of my good plants in new soil with gravel and clay on the bottom of the soil for better drainage and I put a self feeder for the plants with a 400w organ light with a 200w florescent blacklight...im ready for more tips if u can still help me raise the t.h.c levels for my idica and sativa

potency depends on genetics. there is no magic nutrient that increases potency. Well proper spectrum and uv and Ir can increase thc up to 3%. thats about it...

Black light and Im doing 18 hours to 24hours instead of 12to12
