Asshole yesterday went wild, with administration lawyers asserting in court that the president could bar “all reporters” (except Fox) from the White House complex for any reason the moron sees fit.
This countersuit,, which came in the first public hearing over CNN’s lawsuit to restore correspondent Jim Acosta’s White House credentials, could have a significant impact on news organizations’ access to Trump if it is upheld in court (good fucking chance?)
CNN argued in its lawsuit filed Tuesday that the White House infringed on Acosta's First Amendment rights by revoking his access in response to a dispute over a press conference last week, where he was accused of body slamming an intern (not really), but according to that crooked eye bitch Sanders, he did
Trump’s lawyers replied yesterday in a legal filing that dickbrain has “broad discretion” to police journalists’ access to the White House.
“If the president wants to exclude all reporters from the White House grounds, he has the authority to do that,” Deputy Assistant Attorney General James Burnham said during the hearing in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. “There’s no First Amendment right.”

Once the "Witch Hunt" comes to a conclusion, with the Dems in charge, a formal impeachment will be the least of his fucking problems, he will be a castrated, lying ballless wonder, that even his rabid supporters will have too admit he is a lying stooge of the Kremlin.

What makes you think a Republican Senate would vote to convict a Republican president?

Even with Mueller's investigation, regardless of what it concludes, I think Republicans in the Senate have already decided they won't impeach him. They'll let him serve out his term, knowing they've already properly fucked the country for the recycled shit sandwich they've been pulling since the Southern Strategy was implemented. Let Trump lose gracefully to the next Democrat, the next Democratic president will spend the first 2 years of his/her administration cleaning up the mess of the Trump administration, then they'll get blamed for the eventual economic downturn created by Trump and the Republican congress, then people will blame Democrats, then they'll elect more Republicans in 2022 because Democrats held control under the economic slowdown.. Rinse, recycle, repeat.

Something like 21 Republican Senators are up for reelection in 2020, while 12 Democratic Senators are up. If Democrats play their cards right the next two years, they have a very good chance of keeping a majority in the House, earning a majority in the Senate, and taking the White House. This is critical as at least two SCJ are likely to die or retire under the next administration. It is essential the Democratic party elects someone the base supports. If they don't, kiss the election goodbye.

They will have to support Medicare for all, universal college, automatic voter registration, a new All Green, New Deal, an unprecedented strategy in policy on affecting climate change, ending the endless wars in the middle east.

If they refuse to support these key issues their Democratic base overwhelmingly supports, they should not expect to turn out the vote from their constituents next election. Support these issues, vote on these issues, prove to us it's not just lip service, and we will vote for you. Don't, and we won't. And it won't be because we support Donald Trump or Republican policy, it'll be because we don't support you because you don't support us.

Support our interests and we'll gladly vote for you. Don't and we won't. That's democracy.

Despite the media's attention about impeachment, only 11 house Democrats have called for impeachment. The cries about Democrats calling for impeachment is pretty much just hot air. This doesn't mean the Mueller investigation should stop. It just means that the real purpose of the investigation is to document crimes made by the Trump administration, hold people accountable where possible and give the voters the real story to help make a better decision in 2020.

So what’s the point of all the investigation? The point is to establish legal accountability for the president. Well-functioning democracies don’t have criminal oligarchies running the country with legal impunity. The kind of deep systemic corruption Trump is implementing, in which establishing a political alliance with a ruling family is a key step in amassing and protecting wealth, depends on selective legal enforcement. More to the point, it requires business partners. Maybe Donald Trump can’t be hauled off to prison, but his partners can. And that prospect can scare off the collaborators Trump needs.

Second, and more to the point, even if Robert Mueller can’t kick Trump out of the White House directly and the Senate won’t, there’s a body of people who can: the 2020 electorate. And the Trump investigations are building a powerful case that will be brought to bear on that election.

Now that that's settled, what do you think about Ojeda, aka Manchin 2.0 running for the Democratic Party's nomination to run for president.
