Trimmings

I`m getting ready to chop my plants, and I`m going to do a little baking. Now I`m wondering when people say "trimmings" do they mean basically the whole plant? Fan leaves, stems and all? Or do you just use the leaves along the buds, the ones mostly covered with trichromes?

Some People Will Say To Use It All And Some Will Say To Just Use The Leaves From Around The Buds. In My Opinion If You Want Strong, Potent Brownies Or Whatever Your Baking Its Best To Just Use The Smaller Leaves From Around The Buds Since They Have More Crystals On Them. And If You Want Them Really Strong Throw Some Nugs In The Mix!
