Leave them! What some do is trim the smaller branches when you switch them to flower on larger plants. I clean up 4-8 bottom branches on my ladies when I switch them to flower but my ladies are over 30 inches tall when I switch! But like I said it is done when switching to flower and on larger plants!

I agree with Howard. While I would eventually lollipop your plant, which are very nice by the way, I would wait until they are older. Plants are trimmed in this manner because in typical lighting setups the lower branches are often underperformers. These smaller leaves are also usually where plant maladies like powdery mildew take hold. Regardless your plants are doing very well and you should be prowd about what you have accomplished in 3 short weeks.
