Trimming leaves ok ?

Can I trim my leaves to allow for my light to reach the buds ? Will this slow growth or make them sick ? Im gonna attach some pics, they are 28 days in and I feel like they should be filling out more but I dont kno its my first grow , any advice would be well appreciated, thank you..

no dont trim your leaves, they would be fuller with more light

leave it alone. let it do what it needs to do. btw very nice looking plant. when the leaves start turning yellow and dieing then i would take them off. Dont really need to bother with it.. its been on this earth for a long while it will do it itself if needed
