TRIMMING BUDS AFTER DRYING

Here's a dumb question! Since drying my buds in complete darkness for a little over a week is it necessary to trim buds before putting into jars in the dark or can it be in a room with some light?

You can turn on your lights to finish up the trim. Just don't leave them languishing in the sun all day. Don't cut your fingers, friend.

Some light is not going to hurt anything. It can degrade THC over time, it’s not instant. Otherwise we’d be rolling joints in the dark too.

You honestly don't have to trim your buds at all after they're dried. Some people just flick a few outer leaves off, aka "the Grower's trim" :lol:

. My opinion, a better trim results in a better product.

I used to get like 2oz in a paper lunch bag of just some haggard looking untrimmed buds, lol! But it always looked great after a nice lil trim

I'm definitely guilty of the grower's trim. When I give a friend bud I just trim it up then.

With each harvest, i admittedly get a lil lazier with my trim jobs, lol. I still love doing it though
