trimmers pros - cons

Im interested in checking out auto trimmers due to arthritis in my hands. I would handle premium colas myself but could use help on all the rest at bountiful harvest time. Does anyone have experience with the Trimpro unplugged or Spinpro? I would not want to use one if it totally destroys the trichomes. thanks
