Trim dry vs wet and why help?

I’ve always wet trimmed. I didn’t know dry trimming was a thing. I’m thinking about getting one of those hand turn bud trimmers.
I just washed my bud and it’s drying. I cut all the fan leaves and a lot and anything with a stem really. I used to take all the wet trim aside from fan leaves and just leave it till it was dry and use it to cook with.

I started with the freebie plants a chopped that I didn’t put much love into (autos) they were in the same tote as the one I wanted that I’m leaving a little longer. So I don’t screw anything up (I never bud washed before. And I’m super nervous

Bud trimmers are awesome I wouldnt keep growing anything that does work with it. Someday to dream on sure Ill do heirloom sativas and etc that need hand trimming but im all flower and dry sift rosin. So I dont care for now.

I got a lot of work to do to get to where I want to be. I have no space for anything else for now.

What you mean washing bud, like bubble or water cure or just budwashing to clean it?

Ive cured once with my method, wet trim and denug, dry herb shelf 60/60 for 7 days and jar when most the stems snap. 60rh. It worked so well I mothered the strain and on my to do list to repeat so I can give bud for fun and love of friends family.

Id just look for strains that did that simply put.
