transplanting during flowering?

I am 15 days into flowering and my girls are doing well. I have them in 8" pots and when I look under the container I can see the roots (not poking thru). There's no root rot or anything but I was just wondering if I should transplant them into bigger pots or even if it's okay to do so 2 weeks in. Suggestions?

Yes it's ok. Do it during the first moments of your lights on cycle. Have the new pot ready with gravel and some dirt. When you put the plant in the new pot gently put dirt around the old root ball and firmly tamp. Then water....
