transplanting clones, HELP

Hey im looking to transplant my clones in the next few days into soil....im wondering do i transplant the rootwool into the dirt too or do i work that thing out of the roots?? and any other tips for transplanting..

Place the rockwool into the soil,lightly water soil and rockwool cube once in.

Bury cube and all

No need to remove the rockwool
