Transplanting At 4 Weeks Hydro

well im using a ebb and flow system with rockwool in a 9 inch pot and instead of hydrton i got rockwool flock. well my plants are damping off and i was thinking i should transplant it to the hydroton(orange balls), do yall think it would be bad to transplant it to the same 9inch pots but with replace the flock with the hydrton??? the roots are coming out the bottom of the pot i dont want to damage them, but they are still looking good just damping off (i think)

well if anyone has advice please help

well im not sure mayeb you can help me out...i have the little balls and im starting seeds in rockwool and im wondering how to transfer them myself...its frusterating....soooo bad makes me want to just give up

Well if you could do it with out tearing all the roots out then I would do it, but most likely you wont. I had an experience moving a plant from a dwc and I accidentally tore about 1/3 of the roots off. Well it stunted my growth so much that I had to toss it.
