transplanting and lighting

im going to transplant some babys

i was going to use the same soil i had in the first pot they were in but it seems to have earth worms and bark in it

other then that its the best dirt iv ever seen lol

its realy soft and moist

and i need a good light that wont burn out

iv herd that the funky energy saveing lights are the best but they dont seam to give off good heat

Earth worms aren't bad to have...

i dont think there good though are they

yes they are good to have, besides the worm casing ( worm poop ) they airate the soil. I wish I had them in my grow inside.
