Transplanted, now wilting and dying, can I save her?

So I was using MG soil and surprise, surprise, its actually as shitty as everyone says. I only say that because I bought a bag filled with gnat eggs not knowing exactly what they were I didnt notice. Yesterday a friend told me what they were, I was shocked, THEY ARE EVERYEHWERE IN THE SOIL.
So I went to the local HTG supply and got some Fox Farm and transplanted my plant. Only problem was I had to remove a lot of soil from the rootball which I can only imagine was super stressful. Now my plant has begun wilting and 90% of the leaves are changing to a brown deadish color. Talked to a few people and read some stuff and ended up slowly clipping all the leaves that were messed up (I know have about 6 at the top of my plant).
I have propped it up against a straw because the top inch or soo is drooping badly.
I guess my question is, will she make it.
The stem is strong up until the top inch or 2 so I figure maybe the roots are still strong but I know most growth occurs at the top therefore Im worried that since this is the weakest part maybe it wont survive.
I obviously just need to watch it and wait and see but I am curious if anyone has any advice or if they have at least recovered from this and can give me hope. Thanks, and F**K Mircle Grow!

pics would be helpful...otherwise you are going to just to have to wait and see. The most important thing is not to do anything to try to help them eg over nuting. Im sure everyone has done something similar to put their plant into shock and most of the time they recover...however your case seems pretty severe so im not sure. Chances are if the leaves are that badly fucked it would be better just to start again as recovering from something like that will take a LONG time. Plus it has an increased chance of turning hermie. My advice start again. Although pics would definately be good if you want more in depth advice.

Its already standing up on its own, maybe its not as bad as I thought.
