How many times do you guys transplant Your plant I just planted a seed in a 14 oz cup how long could I leave it to grow in that cup what size do I transplant to after that should I go head put it in a 3 gallon pot or one in between that and then its final home in the 3 gallon pot

I think goin from a lil cup to the 3 gal pot was ok, but it was like 2 weeks between watering lol. This time I went from the lil cups to a 1/2 gal pot , then will go to a 1 gal then to a 3, to see if I get better growth or not.
