Hey guys i bought a mixed seed pack from greenhouse seed co. I germinated and planted them in solo cups. I was using cfl's to get them sprouting then when they were a about four inches tall i put them under a 400 watt MH light. Two of the sprouts are falling over and have weak stems. is this transplant shock? maybe too much light for the lil guys?

from my experience, too much light at such a young age... height isn't a good determinate for when to transplant/age... Use the number of nodes (sets of leaves if you're unsure). also, if you get transplant shock, it usually just looks like under/over watering... leaves are droopy, but not like dying, unless you mutilated the root system... SUPERTHRIVE works wonders for transplanting, even with young plants, because it's not food, it's hormones. get some, they sell it everywhere, walmart, home depot, etc. goodluck with the grow!
